Tavahot Order Serving & Delivery Policy
1. Introduction
At Tavahot, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our customers by allowing them to prebook their dine-in or takeaway meals before arriving at the restaurant. This Order Serving & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the preparation and delivery of your prebooked orders.
2. Order Preparation and Delivery
2.1 Order Prebooking
- Customers can prebook their meals through our Android app, iOS app, or WhatsApp Business account.
2.2 Order Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp message(one or multiple), including the details of the order and the ETA. In some case due to technical issue, if information doesn't reach via aforesaid channels, rely on in-app order summary for your order, restaurant details.
2.3 Order Pickup
- Customers are expected to arrive at the restaurant at the specified ETA to pick up their prebooked meals.
- If a customer arrives earlier than the ETA, their order may not be ready. If they arrive significantly later than the ETA, the restaurant may not be able to guarantee the freshness of the meal.
2.4 Delays and Issues
- If there are any delays or issues with the preparation of the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information provided during the booking process.
- If a delay occurs, the customer may choose to wait for the order to be prepared or cancel the order manually by reaching over support email or call for a full refund (see Cancellation & Refund Policy).
